SERVICES - PERSONAL TRAINING


This is fundamentally what we are about.  Your trainer has experience across all the latest exercises and equipment (strength training, cardio, weight loss, running, boxing, intervals etc!) to get you the results you want.  Your Personal Training sessions go beyond the physical.  We understand that everyone is different and is driven and motivated accordingly.  Your trainer will genuinely
take the time to get involved and understand what works for you so as to keep you on track and motivated.  The Wright Image Studio will commit to your goals
by ensuring your sessions are tailored to your needs and capabilities as well as your likes and dislikes.  Sessions can be conducted from the private studio or outdoors, maybe even a combination of both! 

We offer flexibility in our service to suit different lifestyles.  Personal training is available for:

  • 30 mins
  • 45 mins
  • 60 mins

At the Wright Image studio we also recognise that training with your partner or friends is an effective and affordable way to achieve your health and fitness goals.  Personal Training is also available as

  • one on two, or
  • one on three basis. 

We prefer to keep numbers smaller ensuring clients receive a personalised service.
